Brain Buzz Challenge: Quizzes, Laughter and Team Spirit at CSM Kenya

The CSM Kenya office came alive with energy and excitement during the Brain Buzz Challenge, a fun-filled team activity designed to spark curiosity, encourage quick thinking, and bring colleagues together. The session featured engaging quizzes, friendly competition, plenty of laughter, and enthusiastic participation from the team.

Beyond the quiz questions, the activity created an opportunity for colleagues to connect outside their everyday work routines. With teams putting their knowledge and quick thinking to the test, the challenge encouraged collaboration, communication, and a healthy spirit of competition.

The Brain Buzz Challenge was a memorable experience that reflected the vibrant culture at CSM Kenya. It reinforced how shared activities can strengthen team connections, boost camaraderie, and create moments that go beyond the workplace.

Life at CSM is about more than work. It is about building connections, strengthening teamwork, and creating experiences that bring our people together.
