It enables investors to apply for registrations, approvals, and incentives through a single portal, eliminating redundant paperwork and physical visits

The platform offers SLA-driven approvals, mobile-based inspections, multilingual access, and secure API integrations for seamless service delivery. Integrated modules such as Udyam Aakanksha registration, production certification, and structured grievance handling ensure faster clearances and stronger interdepartmental coordination.

With its modular design, dashboard-based monitoring, and investor-centric features such as document reuse and OTP-secured login, SWS has significantly enhanced transparency, efficiency, and investor confidence, strengthening Ease of Doing Business through a more business-friendly and digitally enabled investment ecosystem.
