Facial Recognition is used to identify or check the identity of individuals in just a few seconds based on their facial features: spacing of the eyes, bridge of the nose, the contour of the lips, ears, chin, etc. even in the middle of a crowd. It is the most natural and easiest of the prevalent biometric assessments as there’s no requirement for physical interaction by the end-user.

Automated Facial Recognition Systems provide a vital and necessary role in improving criminal identification and verification by way of the system’s rapid recording, processing, analysis, retrieval, and sharing of biometric identity information between different law enforcement and presumably, a government’s intelligence services. The permission system has the following components:

  • Pass Management: Registered visitors can apply for weekly, half-yearly or yearly pass by providing necessary information. Once the pass is applied, a request number against the pass is shared through SMS and e-Mail. One can also track the pass status by entering the request number in the application. As a fall back alternative and additional security QR code authentication is provided for the entry process too.
  • Vehicle Pass Management: This module shall cater to the application and approval process of vehicle entry pass for a departmental vehicle, visitor’s vehicle or hired vehicles
  • Grievance Monitoring: Various screens within a system manage day to day grievances directing it towards relevant department to resolve and update it. One can even track the status of the grievance lodged.
  • User Management: The system allows the admin user to create a new user as and when required and map the user to different MIS reports.
  • Dashboard/MIS Reports: A well thought and intelligently designed reports structured to facilitate decision-making.
