Job Profile

  1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications.

  2. Define AI technology roadmaps, implementation strategies, and scalable solution architectures.

  3. Drive development of production-ready AI systems with focus on scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

  4. Build and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.

  5. Develop and optimize LLM-based applications including RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration workflows.

  6. Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.

  7. Review code, AI models, and system designs to ensure high-quality technical delivery and adherence to best practices.

  8. Lead AI platform modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  9. Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI practices, explainability standards, and governance requirements.

  10. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

  11. Mentor and guide AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers through technical leadership and capability building.

  12. Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and innovation discussions within the organization.

  13. Participate in hiring, technical evaluations, and team development activities.

  14. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms for adoption and innovation.

  15. Contribute to AI transformation initiatives, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and strategic innovation programs.

Candidate Profile

  1. Strong experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

  2. Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  3. Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and development ecosystems.

  4. Experience with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and CrewAI.

  5. Strong understanding of RAG architecture, AI agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.

  6. Experience in designing and implementing scalable MLOps pipelines and AI deployment workflows.

  7. Good knowledge of cloud platforms and AI infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  8. Expertise in database technologies, vector databases, and AI data processing pipelines.

  9. Strong understanding of AI architecture, solution design principles, and scalable distributed systems.

  10. Experience in code reviews, system optimization, model evaluation, and performance tuning.

  11. Proven leadership experience in mentoring technical teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

  12. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  13. Ability to drive innovation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to strategic AI programs.

  14. Exposure to ethical AI practices, model governance, explainability, and compliance standards is preferred.
