The Government of Tamil Nadu has launched the Social Protection Delivery System (SPDS), a digital platform designed and developed by CSM Technologies to manage and monitor rehabilitation services and welfare schemes for Differently Abled Persons across the state. The platform was unveiled by the Chief Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu, at a ceremony held in Chennai on 13 March 2026.

Developed under the TN-RIGHTS Project, implemented by the Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons with support from the World Bank, the platform enables the functioning of Integrated Service Centres being established at district and block levels across Tamil Nadu.

The platform standardises processes related to rehabilitation and welfare service delivery while enabling real-time monitoring of field activities. It also improves coordination between field workers, service centres, and government departments, helping ensure that services reach Differently Abled Persons in a transparent and timely manner.

SPDS marks a significant milestone for CSM Technologies in delivering scalable GovTech solutions that strengthen inclusive governance and social protection systems. This initiative reflects CSM’s continued commitment to building technology-driven public service ecosystems that expand access, improve transparency, and empower citizens.
