Bhubaneswar - CSM Technologies Limited, a leading IT solutions and e-governance company, proudly participated as a Corporate Co-Sponsor at the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) 2nd HR Leadership Summit 2026, held at Lyfe Hotels, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The landmark summit was held under the theme "One Odisha - One Mission: Viksit Odisha for Viksit Bharat - Vision 2036 & 2047."

The summit brought together eminent Government leaders, industry stalwarts, HR professionals, entrepreneurs, academicians, and youth leaders to deliberate on the transformative role of people, potential, purpose, and pride in shaping Odisha's growth trajectory, as the state strides towards its centenary in 2036 and India marches towards 100 years of independence in 2047.

Setting the tone even before the event began, Ms. Lagna Panda, Whole Time Director & CHRO, CSM Technologies, shared a compelling video byte ahead of the summit. In it, she spotlighted the transformative power of inclusive workplaces and future-ready talent in accelerating Odisha's growth story, a message that resonated strongly with the summit's core mission.

As a woman leader at the helm of people strategy in a technology company, Ms. Panda's voice represents a significant shift in how the tech industry is embracing diversity at the leadership level. Her perspective championed the idea that sustainable, inclusive growth cannot happen without women shaping the agenda in boardrooms, on stages, and across the technology ecosystem.

Representing CSM Technologies on the ground were two of its accomplished women leaders; Ms. Manasi Das, AVP (HR), and Ms. Souravi Bose, Sr. Manager, R&CM. Their presence and active participation in the summit's critical dialogues around human capital and talent ecosystems was a powerful testament to CSM's commitment to Women in Leadership and Women in Tech.

At a summit that brought together Odisha's most influential voices in government, industry, and academia, CSM's women leaders did not merely attend; they engaged, contributed, and inspired. Their participation underscores a broader truth: when women lead in technology and human capital strategy, organisations and economies move forward faster.

CSM Technologies has consistently championed gender diversity across its workforce and leadership pipeline. The company's representation at the ICC HR Leadership Summit 2026 led entirely by women is not incidental. It reflects a deeply held organisational conviction that building a Viksit Odisha and a Viksit Bharat requires women to be at the centre of technology, governance, and human capital development.

As Odisha positions itself as a major destination for investment and industrial growth, CSM Technologies believes that inclusive tech leadership where women are decision-makers, not just participants; is the cornerstone of building a truly future-ready workforce.

The ICC 2nd HR Leadership Summit 2026 featured a rich agenda spanning multiple technical and plenary sessions, including deliberations on leveraging human capital for Viksit Odisha, fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) from intent to impact, aligning talent and innovation ecosystems across industries, MSMEs, startups, and academia, and charting out practical HR transformation strategies. The event concluded with the soft launch of a new HR Platform, marking a significant step towards digitising and streamlining Odisha's human capital landscape.
