CSM Technologies Limited has received the prestigious Nexus of Good Award 2026 for implementing GO SUGAM (Single Window Unified Gateway for Agrarian Management), a unified digital platform developed for the Government of Odisha to streamline access to agricultural and allied sector schemes. The recognition highlights the platform's contribution to improving transparency, strengthening administrative efficiency and facilitating seamless delivery of government benefits to farmers and other agrarian stakeholders.
The selection jury was headed by Deepak Gupta, former Chairman of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), while the award was presented by Raj Bhargava, former Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and former Union Home Secretary. The Nexus of Good Foundation, led by former Union Coal Secretary Anil Swarup, recognises initiatives that demonstrate effective governance and meaningful public impact.
Go-SUGAM: Transforming Agrarian Service Delivery
Implemented by CSM Technologies, Go-SUGAM has been operational since May 2022, bringing multiple agricultural and allied sector schemes under a unified digital gateway. It enables farmers, fishers, livestock rearers and agri-preneurs to access schemes, check eligibility, submit applications and track their progress through approval and subsidy disbursement.
Integrated with Krushak Odisha, the state's farmer registry, the platform simplifies beneficiary identification and application processing through Aadhaar-authenticated profiles. Its end-to-end workflow connects verification, sanction and Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), supported by real-time tracking, digital notifications and monitoring dashboards.
During FY 2025–26, Go-SUGAM processed over 3.6 lakh applications, facilitated more than ₹620 crore in subsidy releases and enabled the issuance of over 1.1 lakh Go-Aheads across the Department of Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment and the Department of Fisheries and Animal Resource Development. The platform supports 45+ fisheries and allied sector schemes and 14 agriculture, horticulture and soil conservation schemes.
