RajMines

RajMines is an integrated digital mineral administration platform implemented for a State Department of Mines & Geology. It brings dispatch validation, transport monitoring, lease lifecycle administration, compliance management, citizen services, and field enforcement under structured, workflow-driven digital oversight.

The platform combines hardware-assisted weighbridge automation with e-Rawanna and e-Transit Pass management, GPS-RFID vehicle tracking against geo-fenced lease boundaries and approved transit routes, drone survey data management, and end-to-end lease digitisation through a faceless management system. A sand portal, mineral booking system, and dedicated mobile applications extend the platform to unit operators, citizens, and field officers.

The Operation Control Centre (OCC) provides centralised monitoring of weighbridge activity, vehicle movement, transit records, and field incidents, with structured escalation and documented action trails. Integrated verification supports traceability and regulatory compliance across key workflows.
