CSM CSR Initiative Brings Healthcare Access to ...
Khordha, Odisha: As part of its ongoing CSR commitment to inclusive development, CSM, in collaboration with Swabhiman and CureBay, today organised a Health Camp at Dikhitapada village, Panchayat Kunjari, Khordha Tangi — extending structured healthcare access to underserved rural communities in Odisha.
On the first day of the camp, over 90 beneficiaries received their CureBay Swasthya Kavach Health Cards, with the initiative targeting a total coverage of 600 residents by the time the camp concludes.
Each Swasthya Kavach Health Card offers one full year of comprehensive healthcare protection, including wallet credit for medicines and consultations, hospicash coverage during hospitalisation, unlimited doctor consultations, medicines and lab tests worth ₹1,000, up to ₹15,000 towards travel and food expenses for medical care, and an interest-free healthcare loan of up to ₹1,00,000.
Swabhiman's community mobilisers are central to the camp's on-ground delivery — identifying vulnerable households, including persons with disabilities, enrolling beneficiaries, and ensuring that each individual is equipped to utilise their coverage effectively throughout the year.
CSM's support for this initiative reflects its broader understanding that access to healthcare is foundational to community well-being. By investing in partnerships that combine structured coverage with grassroots reach, CSM is working to ensure that geography and economic vulnerability are no longer barriers to dignified care for the communities it serves.
