CSM Technologies was honored to participate in the recent workshop for the Malawi Transport Observatory Framework, led by Mr. John Bosco M. Phiri, Director of Planning, Ministry of Transport and Public Works, Government of Malawi.
This transformative initiative, launched by the Malawi Ministry of Transport and Public Works in collaboration with TradeMark Africa (TMA), marks a crucial stride toward building a more connected, efficient, and transparent regional trade ecosystem.
The project envisions a centralized digital platform for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of transport and trade data. By monitoring critical trade corridors such as Beira, Nacala, and Dar es Salaam, the Observatory will enable policymakers and industry stakeholders to leverage data-driven insights for improving operational efficiency, reducing logistics costs, and enhancing Malawi’s trade competitiveness.
