CSM Technologies, in association with the Silver Age Foundation for Elders, supported a Cyber Safety Awareness Programme for Senior Citizens held in Bhubaneswar. The programme brought together members of the senior citizen community for an engaging session focused on building awareness around safe and responsible use of digital technologies.

The session was led by Shri Akshay Nayak, ACP, Cyber Crime & Economic Offences, Bhubaneswar Police Commissionerate, who shared practical insights into common cyber threats faced by senior citizens, including fraudulent calls, online impersonation, and digital payment scams. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, participants were guided on how to identify suspicious activities, safeguard personal information, and take timely action in case of cyber incidents.

Conducted under the #Tech4Elders initiative of the Silver Age Foundation for Elders, the programme encouraged open dialogue and active participation, allowing seniors to raise questions and share concerns related to their digital experiences. CSM Technologies supported the initiative with the objective of promoting digital awareness and fostering safer online engagement among elderly users. The programme was supported by Prelude.

By enabling such community-focused interactions, CSM continues to contribute to initiatives that help senior citizens navigate the digital ecosystem with greater confidence and awareness.
