CSM Technologies' visionary leader joins an elite panel to inspire college students and young professionals on building impactful careers in India's startup ecosystem

February 26, 2026, Bhubaneswar/Delhi:

Priyadarshi Nanu Pany, Chairman-cum-Managing Director & CEO of CSM Technologies Limited, addressed college students and young professionals at the CII-IWN Delhi Careers@Technology Webinar on Thursday, joining an eminent panel of Indian tech leaders to discuss building meaningful careers in India’s dynamic startup ecosystem.

Speaking candidly about the rapidly evolving technology landscape, Mr. Pany underscored that the future will belong to those who combine technical expertise with adaptability. With artificial intelligence reshaping industries at unprecedented speed, he encouraged students to embrace AI as a “co-pilot rather than a competitor,” urging them to leverage it as a tool for innovation and productivity.

On the evolving role of education, Mr. Pany advocated for a decisive shift from rote learning to problem-solving, data literacy, and cross-domain thinking. Addressing aspiring professionals entering the workforce, he identified three non-negotiables for success in today’s competitive environment: continuous upskilling, intellectual curiosity and the confidence to take ownership early in one’s career.

Mr. Pany’s presence on the panel reflected a journey that embodies the spirit of Indian entrepreneurship. Founded in Bhubaneswar, CSM Technologies began as a startup and has grown into one of India’s recognised IT companies, delivering large-scale digital governance solutions across e-governance, healthcare, fintech, and public sector infrastructure. Today, the company partners with state governments, central agencies, and enterprises nationwide, advancing citizen-centric digital transformation.

The webinar was organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry – Indian Women Network (CII-IWN), Delhi Chapter, under its flagship Careers@Technology series. The session was moderated by Ms. Sushmita Agarwal, Chairperson, CII-IWN Delhi, and featured an esteemed panel including Ms. Gayathri Venkatesan, Co-Founder, Catnip Infotech; Ms. Madhulika Makar, Director, Mirus Solutions; and Ms. Lata Singh, Independent Consultant & Advisor and Former Partner, IBM.

The discussion resonated strongly with participants, reinforcing a central message: in an AI-powered world, adaptability, purpose, and continuous learning will define the leaders of tomorrow.
