CSM Technologies marks a significant milestone in its Africa journey with the successful launch of its Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) at the Bureau Central de Coordination (BCECO) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The official go-live took place on May 28, 2026, during a strategic launch session presided over by BCECO's Acting Director General, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sylvain ALONGO LONGOMBA, at the institution's headquarters in Kinshasa.
BCECO, a public institution under the DRC's Ministry of Finance, manages and executes development projects financed by the Congolese State and by bilateral and multilateral partners. Given the scale and complexity of its operations across multiple provinces, funding streams, and stakeholders, a robust, centralized records governance system was both urgent and strategic.
CSM's EDRMS addresses this need with an end-to-end, digitally governed document management infrastructure: structured storage and classification of records, real-time retrieval and workflow tracking, secure access controls and audit trails, and compliance-ready records management aligned with public sector governance standards.
The deployment positions BCECO as a forward-looking institution aligned with the DRC's National Digital Plan 2026–2030 and demonstrates how purpose-built digital solutions can accelerate public sector modernization in emerging economies.
