CSM for Empowering Neurodiversity

CSM proudly supports neurodiversity through the PECS Café, an initiative that empowers young adults with autism by providing them with a platform to engage in real-world interactions. Using the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), these individuals develop communication and social skills by serving coffee and interacting with guests, fostering confidence and personal growth in a supportive environment.

Through the PECS Café, CSM is committed to promoting inclusivity and raising awareness about the potential of neurodiverse individuals. By creating opportunities for engagement and empowerment, we aim to build a more compassionate and understanding community where everyone’s abilities are celebrated.
