CSM launches a landmark initiative bringing together expert knowledge sessions and the lived voices of neurodivergent champions — built on the belief that awareness without action is just conversation.

On World Autism Awareness Day 2026, CSM is proud to introduce CSM Lighthouse — a dedicated initiative for awareness, inclusion, and impact around neurodiversity. More than a programme, Lighthouse is a commitment: to go beyond understanding and create spaces where neurodiverse individuals can participate, contribute, and thrive with dignity.

At the heart of CSM Lighthouse is a firm belief that real inclusion demands more than policy. It demands a willingness to examine and rebuild the systems — workplace structures, learning environments, support frameworks — that have long been designed around a narrow definition of how people think, communicate, and work.

"Inclusion is not about fitting people into systems. It is about redesigning systems to unlock people."Lagna Panda, Whole-time Director & CHRO, CSM Technologies

This conviction — that systems must bend toward people, not the other way around — is the founding principle of CSM Lighthouse. Through a series of curated knowledge sessions led by domain experts and neurodivergent champions, the initiative will explore the themes that sit at the real intersections of neurodiversity and everyday life.

A defining feature of CSM Lighthouse is its commitment to centering neurodivergent voices at every stage. Each session will feature neurodivergent champions — individuals who bring not just their expertise, but their lived experience — sharing their journeys, their insights, and their vision for a world that is genuinely built for everyone. Their stories are not a supplement to the programme. They are its backbone.

Topics across the CSM Lighthouse series:

  • Nourishing the Neurodiverse Mind — Nutrition & Medication
  • The Village It Takes — Community & Autism Management
  • Designing for the Senses — Sensory Parks & Environments
  • Built to Belong — Corporate Readiness & Inclusion
  • The Capable Individual — Vocational Identity & Employment
  • Security Beyond a Lifetime — Financial Security & Life After Parents

Each session is designed not merely to inform, but to shift perspective — and to equip every member of the CSM family to play an active, meaningful role in building a more inclusive future. The voices leading these conversations will include specialists, advocates, and neurodivergent individuals themselves, because the most important perspectives in this dialogue belong to those who live it.

Details on the first session will be shared with the CSM family shortly. Every member is invited to engage, learn, and be part of what comes next — within our workplace, and far beyond it.
