Job Profile

  1. To develop and execute strategies for establishing business operations in new countries

  2. To manage the process of legal entity formation, registrations, and permits to set up business in new countries

  3. To lead and execute cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships

  4. To analyze international market trends, risks, and opportunities

  5. To ensure compliance with international trade regulations and financial reporting requirements

  6. To develop and manage financial strategies to support international business growth

  7. To conduct financial analysis and forecasting for international finance activities

  8. To oversee international tax planning and compliance

  9. To collaborate with legal and tax advisors to minimize tax liabilities

  10. To ensure adherence to international tax regulations and reporting

  11. To build, train and manage a team of professionals specializing in international finance and taxation

  12. To collaborate closely with the CEO and C-suit Team to align financial strategies with CSM's overall vision and objectives

  13. To identify and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with international business activities

  14. To ensure compliance with international financial regulations

  15. To travel international / domestic locations as per CSM’s requirement

Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in executing and overseeing cross-border transactions and international business operations setup.

  2. Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance.

  3. Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.

  4. Leadership experience with a track record of team management and development.

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  6. Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments and work with global teams.

  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Qualification: CA / ICWA (CMA)
