Atal Monitoring Portal

The Atal Monitoring Portal (AMP), developed by CSM Technologies for the Government of Chhattisgarh under the leadership of CHiPS, is a comprehensive performance monitoring platform that unifies scheme tracking, data validation, project oversight, reform management, and administrative task coordination into a single digital ecosystem. AMP consolidates data from 32 departments and 163 schemes, enabling seamless integration through structured Excel templates and API-based data flows.

Built with modular components such as the AMP Dashboard, Data Entry Portal, e-Pragati (project monitoring), e-Samanvay (task management), and a dedicated Reform Module, the platform ensures standardized reporting, automated validations, composite KPI–DQI scoring, geo-tagged project evidence, and workflow-driven reform tracking. Its real-time analytics empower the Chief Minister’s Office, Secretaries, and District Collectors with actionable insights, rankings, and performance trends for timely interventions.
