Job Profile

  1. Provide end-to-end production support, including root cause analysis (RCA), defect triaging, issue redaction, and timely resolution.

  2. Maintain and manage a dedicated production environment in Palantir, ensuring system stability and code integrity.

  3. Perform code refactoring and minor enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance of data science models.

  4. Understand and contribute to project pipelines involving AI/ML and Generative AI, ensuring smooth integration and issue alignment.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, data science) to support continuous integration, delivery, and defect management.

  6. Monitor submission accuracy and drive improvements in production data model reliability.

  7. Contribute to performance optimization and health monitoring of deployed models in Palantir and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks).

  8. Participate in proactive system monitoring and reporting to identify potential risks and maintain production health.

Candidate Profile

  1. Experienced in production support with strong skills in RCA, defect triaging, and issue resolution.

  2. Proficient in managing Palantir environments, ensuring stability and performance.

  3. Skilled in code refactoring and enhancement for production-grade data science models.

  4. Sound understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI pipelines and their integration in production workflows.

  5. Strong collaborator, experienced in working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, data science).

  6. Proven ability to monitor and improve model accuracy and reliability in production.

  7. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Databricks for model deployment and monitoring.

  8. Proactive in identifying system risks and maintaining overall production health and performance.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA
