Job Profile
  1.  Attend telephone calls and emails to resolve project-related queries.

  2. Provide accurate information by explaining procedures and answering questions.

  3. Report and escalate communication equipment or system issues as needed.

  4. Ensure service quality by adhering to company standards and guidelines.

  5. Update knowledge through product descriptions and training programs.

Candidate Profile
  1. Should have prior experience in helpdesk/customer service roles.

  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  3. Good problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills.

  4. Familiarity with support tools or basic IT knowledge (added advantage).
