Job Profile
  1. To define strategy for growth in gross profit of the SBU 

  2. To demand, review & consolidate project dashboard

  3. To compare, evaluate and update projects performance to the management 

  4. To identify project management related training needs and conduct trainings as required 

  5. To develop and manage the overall program plan, including defining program goals, objectives, and scope. 

  6. To identify program dependencies, milestones, and timelines, create and maintain a comprehensive program schedule.

  7. To identify of suitable methodologies, tools, techniques, infra for project activities 

  8. To identify skills and training needs for projects 

  9. To conduct milestone reviews 

  10. To perform quantitative project management & control through statistical process control 

  11. To ensure on time delivery, zero defect delivery / quality assurance 

  12. To identify and assess program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

  13. To ensure program deliverables meet established quality standards

  14. To develop and manage the program budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

  15. To interact with client / customers (Online/In-person) 

  16. To perform project closure activities (external reviews and sign-offs, handling of changes to the proposal / contract, coordination for acceptance testing, installation and changeover, etc.) 

  17. To manage Profit/Loss margin of the allotted projects

  18. To ensure projects have proper governance & its successful show

  19. To develop and deliver regular program status reports to stakeholders, communicate program progress, issues, and risks effectively and in a timely manner.

  20. To foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices.

  21. To travel as per project requirements

Candidate Profile
  1. Proven experience as an IT Program Manager or in a similar role.

  2. In-depth knowledge of IT project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  6. Experience in budget management and financial analysis.

  7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  8. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.

  9. Candidates having Software Development background are preferable. 

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA
