Job Profile

  1. Engage with the BD/Sales team to understand client opportunities and objectives during the initial phase.

  2. Analyze client requirements (from RFPs) and prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRD).

  3. Create functional documents, workflows, and diagrams to clearly communicate the proposed solution to the prospect.

  4. Collaborate with CTG and Bid management teams to propose feasible and scalable IT solutions.

  5. Assist in preparing proposals, scope documents, and effort estimation sheets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  6. Prepare and present client presentations, pitch decks, and CSM tech stack walkthroughs tailored to the opportunity.

Candidate Profile

  1. Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives. 

  2. In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing, Tender Participation, Bid Management, RFP, RFI.

  3. Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.

  4. Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.

  5. Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively.
