Job Profile
  1. To provide assistance in supporting solutions in various industries, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of Weighbridge Automation Systems

  2. To offer technical assistance to developers and clients, helping them navigate and resolve Infra., HW, NW related issues promptly

  3. To maintain detailed records of support interactions, resolutions, and system configurations for reference and future troubleshooting

  4. Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting

  5. Communicate effectively with customers and clients, keeping them informed about the progress of issue resolution and providing exceptional customer services

  6. Travel to domestic or international locations for project-related activities

  7. To perform site surveys to understand hardware-level errors and debugging

Candidate Profile
  1. Candidate should have knowledge of network operation in Security, LAN & WAN

  2. Candidate should have understanding of hardware and software performance and scaling limitations

  3. Should be an ambitious individual who can work in their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work

  4. Should be an intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management

  5. Should have proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as required

  6. Should have up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA
