Job Profile
  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the Bengaluru office, handling a blend of HR and Administration responsibilities.

  2. Coordinate and prioritize calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of multiple meetings and appointments.

  3. Prepare clear, structured, and professional meeting memos and follow-up notes.

  4. Support the CXO office by managing communications, documentation, and task tracking.

  5. Assist in multi-tasking operations, often switching roles based on business needs and urgency.

  6. Maintain effective communication in English and Hindi, both verbal and written, while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

  7. Uphold high standards of professionalism, presentation, and organizational discipline.

  8. Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset and maintain a consistently positive attitude at work.

  9. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment on expectations and working style.

  10. Contribute to building a stable, long-term support structure for leadership operations.

Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience supporting CXO-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  2. Strong communication capability in English and Hindi, with polished verbal and written skills.

  3. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage shifting priorities, and “think on their feet.”

  4. Experience handling HR and Admin responsibilities simultaneously, especially in smaller or growing office setups.

  5. Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize meetings effectively.

  6. Skilled at writing concise, accurate, and actionable meeting memos.

  7. Smart, well-presented, professional demeanor suitable for interacting at senior levels.

  8. Displays hunger for growth, willingness to take additional responsibilities, and a positive problem-solving approach.

  9. Stability in career path — preference for candidates seeking long-term roles rather than frequent job changes.

  10. Must be able to work in sync with the expectations and working style of the reporting CXO.
