Job Profile

  1. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close with accuracy.

  2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes.

  3. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.

  4. Ensure statutory, regulatory, and cross-border financial compliance with global and local standards.

  5. Drive compliance and assurance for ESG and non-financial reporting frameworks.

  6. Look into SEBI, NSE/BSE, and capital market related financial compliance, including policies, disclosures, and governance requirements.

  7. Manage audits – statutory, internal, tax, and special audits; act as primary audit liaison.

  8. Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks.

  9. Oversee revenue recognition, project costing, billing, and margin analysis for IT projects.

  10. Present MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to management.

  11. Support leadership in strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.

  12. Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team, ensuring process efficiency and capability building.

Candidate Profile

  1. Out of 15 – 20 Yrs experience, minimum 4–6 yrs work experience in a Leadership role in Finance/Accounts.

  2. Prior experience in IT / IT Services / Technology-driven organizations will be added advantage.

  3. Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, controls, and audits.

  4. In-depth knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing basics, and statutory compliance.

  5. Comfortable working with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial tools.

  6. High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work closely with CXOs and leadership teams.
