Job Profile
  1. Managing performance assessments, ensuring timely execution

  2. Driving employee benefit processes, such as health insurance, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery.

  3. Contributing to the development, review, and revision of HR policies to align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

  4. Managing HR data, preparing reports that inform strategic decisions.

  5. Contributing to performance review cycles, promotion assessments, and compensation planning through structured data analysis.

  6. Facilitating Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with performance goals.

  7. Managing Career Development Plans (CDPs), Job Descriptions (JDs), and Key Result Areas (KRAs) to enhance role clarity and growth opportunities.

  8. Managing compensation and benefits for India and global locations, ensuring compliance with local laws and alignment with global policies.

  9. Executing routine HR operations and administrative responsibilities to maintain efficiency and compliance.

  10. Engaging in cross-functional HR initiatives and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to support business needs.

Candidate Profile
  1. Should have very good communication skill.

  2. Should have good interpersonal skill.

  3. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills

  4. Should have strong hands on experience in MIS and report preparation.

  5. Should execute daily HR operations and administrative tasks efficiently.

  6. Should have pleasant personality and people management skill.

  7. Should have good knowledge on HR practices and policies.

  8. Should be adaptable and open to accept new changes and challenges.
