Job Profile

  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Oracle APEX and Oracle Database technologies.

  2. Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.

  3. Architect scalable low-code applications, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and UI/UX.

  4. Oversee database objects development (tables, views, packages, procedures, functions, triggers) using SQL and PL/SQL.

  5. Integrate Oracle APEX applications with APIs, third-party systems, and other enterprise applications.

  6. Review code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers in APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL.

  7. Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and deliverables for development initiatives.

  8. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance at both application and database levels.

  9. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and documentation standards.

  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams including DBAs, Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers.

Candidate Profile

  1. Strong expertise in Oracle APEX (latest versions), SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database architecture.

  2. Proven experience in designing and delivering complex APEX applications end-to-end.

  3. Experience with RESTful Web Services, API integrations, JSON/XML, and modern web standards.

  4. Understanding of performance tuning, security hardening, and troubleshooting within APEX and Oracle DB.

  5. Advanced skills in Oracle APEX components, themes, dynamic actions, interactive reports, and forms.

  6. Strong PL/SQL programming expertise including packages, functions, procedures, collections, and triggers.

  7. Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and Web Source Modules.

  8. Exposure to JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML for UI customization in APEX.

  9. Familiarity with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

  10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  11. Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring and guiding teams.

  12. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

  13. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in IT or C.sc / MCA
