Job Profile
  1. Own operations strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with company vision, growth targets, and profitability goals.

  2. Provide end-to-end P&L ownership for delivery accounts, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.

  3. Govern large and complex client contracts, deal structures, commercial terms, and risk management.

  4. Lead client relationship management and critical escalations, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.

  5. Drive cost, margin, and billable utilization governance across portfolios, validating billing and revenue realization.

  6. Oversee program and milestone governance across multiple accounts, ensuring predictable delivery and financial outcomes.

  7. Define and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and MIS for the CEO, Board, and leadership team.

  8. Lead vendor and subcontractor strategy, including sourcing models, commercials, and performance governance.

  9. Identify and implement company wide operational excellence initiatives, automation, and best practices.

  10. Build, mentor, and lead senior operations leadership, ensuring strong succession planning and organizational maturity.

Candidate Profile
  1. 20+ years of relevant experience in operations, delivery, or business management within IT / IT services organizations.

  2. Proven enterprise-level P&L ownership, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement.

  3. Strong expertise in contract management, commercial governance, and risk mitigation.

  4. Extensive experience handling CXO-level client relationships and critical escalations.
