Job Profile
  1. In charge and accountable for providing support to the sales teams to help acquire new customers

  2. Manage bids and ensure quality proposals through coordination with all stakeholders

  3. Participation in CSM Technologies external bids

  4. Ensure on call and ad-hoc information support to the sales teams globally  

  5. Respond to enquiries on Product Demo & presentation 

  6. Organize product demonstrations, benchmarks and PoC

  7. Get collaterals and pricing model for CSM Technologies 

  8. Maintain repository of CSM Technologies’ project related information such as Proposals, Concept Notes, Presentation, Collaterals, offerings, case studies, references etc.

  9. Vetting Proposal, Concept Notes, EOI’s and Project related artifacts supposed to be delivered to the prospective customers.

  10. Guiding team to Prepare sales documents for the existing products

  11. Delivers high quality, technical expertise in the pre-sales process to help close sales opportunities with the customers. 

  12. Prepare and hold product and solution technical presentations and workshops 

  13. Demonstrate products prototypes/demo scenarios. 

  14. Responsible for inbound (push) selling of CSM and its services

  15. Innovate and implement new processes in presales team to enhance productivity of the team.

  16. Reports presales achievements and work status to senior management.

  17. Coach and mentor team members 

  18. Provides indirect support by creating marketing case studies or technical support and provides it to the sales team 

  19. Need to understand economics of projects and work out the project cost to be used by Sales for project financials


Candidate Profile
  1. Should have relevant experience within presales to lead the team of experienced team members

  2. Should have experience in handling Middle-East African Clients.

  3. Should have proven capability to engage the client at an executive level

  4. Should be able to engage in a technical and business conversation with Client to understand their requirements

  5. Should have strong problem solving and prioritization skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  6. Should have strong Presentation skill & can work with multiple stakeholders

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MBA / PGDM
