Job Profile

  1. Lead end-to-end SAP PM module rollouts, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  2. Conduct business workshops with Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to understand existing processes and business requirements.

  3. Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, functional specifications, and process flow documents for WRICEF requirements.

  4. Provide day-to-day support for SAP PM incidents, tasks, and change requests (CRs).

  5. Configure and support Calibration, Refurbishment, Equipment, Functional Location, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, Work Orders, Task Lists, and Maintenance Strategies.

  6. Work on integration of SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, and CO.

  7. Support audits and compliance requirements through proper system documentation.

  8. Support Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes.

  9. Ensure master data accuracy for Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, and Task Lists.

  10. Prepare and execute SAP PM cutover plans.

Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  2. 8–12 years of professional experience in SAP, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).

  3. Strong experience in SAP PM implementation, rollout, configuration, and production support.

  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

  6. Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM Implementation and Support.

  7. End-to-end SAP PM rollout experience.

  8. Requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  9. Strong knowledge of Calibration and Refurbishment processes.

  10. Expertise in Equipment and Functional Locations.

  11. Experience with Maintenance Plans and Maintenance Strategies.

  12. Strong knowledge of Notifications, Work Orders, Task Lists, and Maintenance Strategies.

  13. Experience with Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance.

  14. Strong integration experience with SAP MM, PP, QM, and CO.

  15. Experience with SAP PM master data, including Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, and Task Lists.

  16. Experience preparing AS-IS/TO-BE documents, functional specifications, and process flow documentation.

  17. Experience with cutover planning, execution, audit support, and system documentation.
