Experience: 4 to 6 years
Job Profile

  1. To install and troubleshoot the Software related issues on Windows and Linux servers.

  2. To update the patch file for the Windows and Linux Servers.

  3. To provide 24*7 technical support to keep the Data Center up.

  4. To analyze the security risks, firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

  5. To configure and manage various firewalls and routers.

  6. To report system service issues and incident to the stakeholders.

  7. To respond to the customer queries

  8. To provide the technical assistance on various Hardware/Software/Network and Connectivity specifications.

  9. To install and configure web servers on various tools like IIS, PHP, and Apache etc on Windows and Linux Server.

  10. To identify and escalate the priority issues to higher authorities.

Candidate Profile

  1. Candidate should have strong experience in Windows Server.

  2. Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  3. Linux Server experience would be an added plus.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech
