Job Profile

  1. Maintain and monitor the IT infrastructure deployed at the call center.

  2. Experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, server management, or cloud operations.

  3. Hands-on experience in server and application hosting.

  4. Should have experience in cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure.

  5. Experience of Windows Server and Linux administration.

  6. Knowledge of application hosting, server monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting.

  7. Understanding of cloud security, access management, firewalls, patch management, and vulnerability management.

  8. Experience coordinating with CSPs and external technical support teams.

  9. Ability to prepare SLS/SLA reports and monitor service availability and performance.

  10. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

  11. Prepare and maintain Service Level Status (SLS) reports.

Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience as a System Administrator.

  2. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and related services.

  3. Hands-on experience in cloud migration and AD integration.

  4. Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, etc.).

  5. Should have experience in database like MySQL

  6. Solid understanding of networking, encryption, identity management, and cloud security practices.

  7. Familiarity with server hosting, application management, and mobile app deployment.

  8. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  10. Experience working in a call center, BPO, or IT-enabled services environment (preferred)

  11. Experience in Linux and Windows server performance and security compliance
