Job Profile
  1. Proactively scan multiple tender portals globally to identify potential business opportunities that align with the company’s strengths, offerings, and solutions.

  2. Accurately enter detailed tender information into the company’s ERP system, ensuring that data is current, comprehensive, and categorized correctly.

  3. Evaluate the identified leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they match the company's capabilities and strategic focus areas.

  4. Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further action.

  5. Conduct preliminary market research to understand the competitive landscape, potential customer needs, and tailor the lead generation process accordingly.

  6. Maintain up-to-date records of all activities, including lead generation, qualification efforts, and communication with prospective leads.

  7. Regularly report on lead generation activities, successes, and areas for improvement to the Business Development Manager.

  8. Continuously learn about the company’s products, services, and market trends to improve lead generation effectiveness.


Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a business development or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  3. Familiarity with tender portals and ERP systems is a plus.

  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and prioritize leads.

  5. Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  9. Diversity candidates will be preferred.
