Job Profile
  1. Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date.

  2. Help update the employee handbook to reflect current policies.

  3. Assist HR Managers with employee disputes and complaints.

  4. Stay updated on employment laws and help revise company policies.

  5. Connect with employees in different locations to gather concerns and share with relevant teams.

  6. Manage employee data in line with laws and company rules.

  7. Prepare and track HR reports like attendance and leave.

  8. Perform administrative tasks to support HR activities.

Candidate Profile
  1. Should have very good communication skill.

  2. Should have good interpersonal skill.

  3. Should have pleasant personality and people management skill.

  4. Should have good knowledge on HR practices and policies.

  5. Should be adaptable and open to accept new changes and challenges.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM
