Job Profile
  1. Effectively lead and manage a team of recruiters.

  2. Manage the complete recruitment process for all divisions.

  3. Use different methods like job portals, networking, referrals, and targeted company research to find candidates for current and future needs.

  4. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create job profiles and understand their requirements.

  5. Coordinate with internal teams to manage Internal Job Postings.

  6. Post job openings on job boards, social media, company career sites, and other relevant channels.

  7. Achieve team goals that support the annual business plan.

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors.

  9. Meet with vendors to evaluate their services, negotiate prices, and address any issues.

  10. Negotiate salaries, benefits with candidates and also responsible for releasing offer letter.

  11. Manage walk-in recruitment & campus drives independently.

  12. Prepare and share regular Recruitment-related reports.

Candidate Profile
  1. Should have strong leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters.

  2. Should be experienced in end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions.

  3. Should be skilled in negotiating salaries, benefits, and releasing offer letters independently.

  4. Should prepare timely and accurate recruitment analytics and reports.

Qualification: Any Graduate
