With an impressive career spanning over 29 years, Dr. Padhi brings a wealth of experience in various facets of Human Resources, including People Management, People Analytics, HR Service Delivery, Capability Development, Leadership Training, Life Coaching, Training and Development, Learning Technologies, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management.
In her previous roles at Purple Finance, High-Radius Technologies, KIIT School of Management, IMFA, and Tech Mahindra, Dr. Padhi has demonstrated her expertise in designing and implementing strategies, competency development plans, and impactful leadership sessions.
With an impressive track record, Dr. Shradha Padhi has excelled in various domains, facilitating over 8000 hours in leadership and behavioral education. Her expertise extends to conducting more than 1000 hours of coaching and mentoring sessions, specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Theatre Therapy. Additionally, she has provided invaluable career counseling to over 5000 students, guiding them toward successful and fulfilling professional journeys.
Dr. Padhi holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior & HR, an MBA in HR, an LLM & LLB, and a B.A in Economics & Psychology, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and holistic development. She has a remarkable publication record, with over 20 papers in reputed journals and three patented papers.
