Job Profile

  1. Lead and manage a team of AI-ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts in the development and deployment of AI-ML solutions.

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define AI-ML project goals and objectives.

  3. Design and implement AI-ML strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and technology capabilities.

  4. Conduct research and stay updated with the latest AI-ML technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

  5. Oversee the end-to-end AI-ML project lifecycle, including data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

  6. Ensure the development and deployment of scalable, robust, and high-performance AI-ML solutions that meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI-ML team members, fostering their professional growth and knowledge acquisition.

  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, data engineering, and product management, to integrate AI-ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.

  9. Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance the capabilities of the AI-ML team.

  10. Stay abreast of industry advancements and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the AI-ML team.

      Candidate Profile

      1. Strong proficiency in AI-ML technologies and frameworks, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.

      2. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis.

      3. Experience in leading AI-ML projects from conception to delivery, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.

      4. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team of AI-ML professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

      5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

      6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex AI-ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA
