Job Profile
  1. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms like website, social media, environment, assets etc.

  2. Create and implement brand marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

  3. Monitor brand performance and market positioning through analytics and research.

  4. Lead social media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  5. Create engaging content that showcases company culture, products, and thought leadership.

  6. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.

  7. Optimize digital marketing initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

  8. Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

  9. Organize internal company events to strengthen company culture.

  10. Manage event budgets and vendor relationships.

  11. Measure and report on event ROI and success metrics.

  12. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral for both digital and physical channels.

  13. Develop compelling storytelling that reinforces brand messaging.

  14. Manage relationships with creative agencies and freelancers.

  15. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Candidate Profile
  1. Candidate should have good experience in brand marketing, content creation, copywriting, social media management, creative planning, creative strategy and environment branding campaigns.

  2. Candidate should have experience in brand-side marketing in IT or related fields.

  3. Candidate should have knowledge in tools like Canva, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Slack etc.
