Job Profile
  1. To establish Channel Business globally in potential countries
  2. To manage the software solution sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met through channel partners
  3. To identify channel partners, on board them, organize the training for the channel partners through internal support
  4. To create sustainable business model for the organization through the channel partners & own the responsibility
  5. Meet and exceed sales target by order volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.
  6. To evaluate prospect for appointing new strategic channel partners and turn this into new business model
  7. Develop channel sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust channel sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.
  8. To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the organization & channel partners
  9. Maintains and expands partner base by training sales personnel; building and maintaining rapport with partners; identifying new customer opportunities.
  10. Should act as single point of contact for the channel partners inside organisation
  11. To provide market intelligence to the channel partners regularly
  12. Achieves channel sales operational objectives by contributing to channel policy & support channel partners to grow through the offerings of CSM Tech.
  13. Work internally with Sales, Presales, Marketing to provide support to channel partners adequately & timely.
  14. Increase the depth and breadth of CSM Tech knowledge in the Partner organization and discover new opportunities to develop joint value propositions.
  15. Maximizing the business for all offered software offerings across the industries (Government, PSUs’ , Mining & Manufacturing sector )
  16. Monitor partners’ business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration.
  17. Developing strategies for win- win situation for both organisation & channel partners
  18. Responsible for entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure for new business.
  19. Regular use of sales CRM to effectively plan and measure sales activities.
Candidate Profile
  1. Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Channel Partner Business Model
  2. Should have effective exposure to ‘Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales’, ‘Software Sales’ (Not into Hardware Sales)
  3. Should have proven track record of successful sales through channel model
  4. Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C suite levels
  5. This role will be handling channel business in targeted countries.
  6. In addition to the channel business will explore the Strategic channel partners for joint project win
  7. Job demands to be available 24* 7 during weekdays to provide support to channel partners
